A SHARED DEFINITION OF QUALITY

A VALID LEAD HAS CLEAR RULES.

Quality is strongest when it is defined before delivery. LeadRoute uses a written validity standard so your team knows what counts, what can be challenged and how a replacement decision is made.

CONTACT

A reachable person

The record must contain a real name and a valid phone or WhatsApp number.

INTENT

Relevant treatment interest

The enquiry must relate to an agreed dental service and source market.

CONTROL

Seven-day review window

Eligible issues can be reported with evidence directly from the lead record.

01

A real person with usable contact details

A valid lead is submitted by a real person aged 18 or over and includes the identifying and contact information required for genuine follow-up.

Obvious spam, agency outreach, job applications and test submissions do not qualify as patient enquiries.

  • Real person aged 18+
  • Valid name
  • Working phone or WhatsApp
  • No spam or commercial solicitation
02

Explicit consent and relevant intent

The person must agree to be contacted and show interest in a dental treatment covered by the active campaign.

For dental-tourism campaigns, the qualification journey can also confirm willingness to consider treatment outside the person’s home market.

  • Explicit contact consent
  • Relevant dental interest
  • Travel willingness where required
  • Consent timestamp retained
03

Correct market and exclusive assignment

The lead’s residence must match the agreed source market, and the record must pass the campaign’s duplicate and exclusivity checks.

Once accepted, the enquiry is routed to one compatible client rather than sold repeatedly to competing clinics.

  • Agreed source location
  • 90-day duplicate rule
  • One lead, one clinic
  • Assignment time recorded
04

A practical reporting window

If your team identifies an eligible issue, it should be reported within seven calendar days while call records and supporting evidence are still clear.

A person not answering does not automatically make the lead invalid; the review focuses on whether the delivered record breached the agreed criteria.

  • Report from the lead record
  • Add clear notes or evidence
  • Keep contact attempts visible
  • No-answer alone is not invalid
05

Manual review with a clear outcome

LeadRoute reviews each request against the original record, campaign rules and submitted evidence before approving or rejecting it.

An approved request adds one replacement lead owed. A rejected request remains part of the delivered valid quantity.

  • Submitted and under review
  • Approved or rejected
  • Reason recorded
  • Replacement added when approved
06

Common eligible quality issues

Typical eligible issues include fake or disconnected contact details, missing consent, a duplicate inside the agreed window, incorrect targeting or an unrelated enquiry.

The same rules are applied consistently so both sides can evaluate quality using evidence rather than subjective impressions.

  • Incorrect contact information
  • Duplicate or missing consent
  • Outside agreed targeting
  • Spam or unrelated intent
