These terms explain the LeadRoute commercial rules for qualified lead delivery. Client-specific scope, markets, volume, validity criteria and pricing are confirmed separately for each order.

LeadRoute supplies exclusive, qualified consumer enquiries to service businesses. LeadRoute does not guarantee contact, appointments, revenue, sales or conversion results.
Volume, unit price, targeting and validity rules are agreed before a custom payment link is issued. Full prepayment is required by default and quoted prices include VAT.
The service period begins on verified payment. LeadRoute aims to deliver the full purchased valid-lead quantity within 30 calendar days, with no guaranteed daily pace.
Eligible issues must be reported within seven calendar days with evidence. A person not answering is not automatically invalid.
Payments are non-refundable. A pause or cancellation can be requested through Support or direct communication and is recorded manually.
Clients must use lead data lawfully, respect consent and privacy obligations, maintain accurate contact processes and provide honest evidence for quality requests.
